Reflections
Thank you so much to everyone who came to our first London Logging Off Club! We were kindly hosted by Zetteler in their cosy space where we opened up about our own relationships with social media, along with new year themed colouring in designed by @ourppls. The discussion was so heartwarming and we hope you made some new IRL friends too!
Our tips for this month
For those who couldn’t join us, but would still like to get their offline fix, why not try a digital declutter to start the new year with a clear mental and digital space! You’ll be surprised what tackling those old messages and unsubscribing to spam newsletters can do for your mental clarity. Even if you can only tackle 1 medium - your camera roll, text messages, or email inbox - it’s better than nothing.
Our HQLT this month
(high-quality-leisure-time)
INDIA:
Baking my mum’s birthday cake, reading, walking on my lunch breaks, learning (…attempting) to cut my own hair, writing morning pages, second hand book shopping & playing cards on holiday.
ADELE:
Assembling cheeseboards, candle making, shopping my own bookshelf, making origami butterflies and sewing white thread through them to hang them along my bookshelf, spotting green woodpeckers in the cemetery! Playing badminton at my local leisure centre.

Journal Prompt
In what ways is my life already flourishing? It can be easy to focus on what we want more of in the new year, but by shifting to an abundance mindset we can start the new year with gratitude and kindness.
That’s all from us for now but keep your eyes peeled for our next IRL event announcement very soon,
India & Adele x
I just wanted to say that I am really enjoying these. Adele - I used to love watching your tiktoks and Instagram posts but unfortunately without social media now I feel I am missing your recommendations and love hearing what you have to say, it's great that you started these substack posts.
