Our HQLT this month
(high-quality-leisure-time)
ADELE:
Moving bricks for 3 hours in the cemetery for an insect habitat, walking along the canal, reading on a shady bench, deleting social media from my phone, walking past museums and going in them on a whim, sitting in the park and watching the world go by.
INDIA:
Dinner with new London flatmates, swimming in the ponds on Hamstead heath before work with my sister, making tomato salad with homegrown tomatoes, catching up with old friends & finally an in person workout with Body by Ciara after years of online classes.
